The holder assumes all risk incidental to this event, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including, without limitation, the danger of being injured and/or theft of personal items. The holder specifically agrees that this venue, the teams, their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, players, coaches and other related individuals are note liable for injuries or loss resulting from such causes. The holder acknowledges and consents to the use of photographic or electronic reproductions of his or her image, voice and likeness for promotional and other purposes. No outside food or beverage of any type are permitted inside the venue. No cash refunds.
The NCAA and Saint Anselm College promote good sportsmanship by student-athletes, coaches and spectators. Profanity, racial, sexist, derogatory or profane language, directed toward student-athletes, coaches, team representatives, officials, or other spectators will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the site of competition.
Only credentialed members of the media, contracted employees hired by the College and other insured photographers are allowed access to the main playing surfaces at all institutional athletics venues.
Any person entering the premises waives all civil liability against this premises owner and operator for any injuries caused by the inherent risk associated with contracting COVID-19 at public gatherings, except for gross negligence, willful and wanton misconduct, reckless infliction of harm, or intentional infliction of harm, by the individual or entity of the premises.
